Our decision to open branches in Tasmania is a direct response to increasing demand for personalised, locally available Assistive Technology. Clients and therapists have told us they want more support, more trial opportunities, and a partner who truly understands complex equipment needs - so that’s exactly what we’re here to deliver.
The new branches feature fully equipped showrooms and are backed by a statewide mobile service offering free equipment trials wherever they’re needed.

Our Focus: Specialised Scripted AT (Not General Rehab)
Astris PME does not supply general rehabilitation or aged care equipment such as beds, walkers, or shower chairs. Instead, we focus exclusively on highly customised, scripted AT for people with complex and long-term needs.
Through a strategic partnership with Alpha Lifecare, we ensure clients across Tasmania have access to both general and specialised AT — with each provider focusing on their area of expertise.

Leading our Tasmanian operations is Josh Arnott, State Manager and a familiar face to many therapists across Australia. With over 12 years of experience in the AT space, Josh brings both technical knowledge and a deep commitment to improving client outcomes.
Josh is supported by Lenny (Specialist Consultant and Service Technician) along with Emily our Customer Care Consultant to keep everything flowing smoothly.
