How our Service & Repair process works

Complete the enquiry form with your contact details, location, and equipment information.

We connect you with your closest branch

Your request is sent to the nearest Astris PME branch based on your state or location, so you’re supported locally.

Assessment & quote

Our team reviews your request, may contact you for more details, and provides an estimate or next steps.

Service or repair completed

Depending on the job, servicing may be done in our workshop, or where possible, at your home, school, clinic, or facility.

Follow-up & recommendations

We’ll let you know of any recommended ongoing maintenance or upgrades to keep your equipment performing safely.

What we service and repair

Our team can assist with servicing and repairs for a wide range of AT equipment, including (but not limited to):

- Power and manual wheelchairs
- Seating systems and cushions
- Standers, walkers, and gait trainers

You don’t have to be an existing equipment customer

Clients do not need to have purchased their equipment from Astris PME to request a service or repair.

If the equipment is new to us, we’ll ask for extra details (such as brand, model, and serial number) so we can assess how best to assist.
