Our experienced technicians understand complex equipment and work closely with clients, families, and therapists to keep devices working at their best.

Your request is sent to the nearest Astris PME branch based on your state or location, so you’re supported locally.
Our team reviews your request, may contact you for more details, and provides an estimate or next steps.
Depending on the job, servicing may be done in our workshop, or where possible, at your home, school, clinic, or facility.
We’ll let you know of any recommended ongoing maintenance or upgrades to keep your equipment performing safely.

Clients do not need to have purchased their equipment from Astris PME to request a service or repair.
