Warranty:24 months (12 months for the batteries). Warranty covers faulty materials and processing defects, it does not include natural wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, forced damage, unauthorised changes made on the device and/or its accessories.

Service/Maintenance: Astris PME advise that a service/maintenance check takes place every six months to ensure that the equipment maintains optimal working condition.
