Product Features

Easy Tilt-In-Space system so a child can be safely positioned while seated.

Easy adjustments of the seat unit. The seat and back can be reclined with one hand.

Compact & lightweight. The wheels do not protrude from the 4-wheel-base.

Movement is supported by two independent gas springs. Both the tiling and recline functions are linear so the child is not subjected to any sudden movements during adjustment.

4 different bases available for all day activities: Indoor compact floor base; Indoor Hi-Lo compact base; Indoor Hi-Lo feeding base and Four-wheel outdoor base.

The Ormesa Bug is a modular and highly supportive postural seating system, ideal for children with mild to severe postural needs. The Bug is adjustable, versatile, flexible, safe and practical. The seating system can be used on a four wheel outdoor base so it can be used as a pushchair. Or you can choose from three other indoor bases to suit your needs. It features adjustable tip-up footrests and an adjustable height and tilt leg-rest. The headrest is incorporated in the backrest, supporting the head during tilt adjustments. 2 Sizes (Small & Medium) with wide range of adjustments are available. The seat grows with your child!

Service/Maintenance: Astris PME advise that a service/maintenance check takes place annually to ensure that the equipment maintains optimal working condition. This is an approximate annual cost of $385.00 (including GST). This includes technician callout and one (1) hour of labour.
