Adventure gained, nothing lost. The Frontier V4 Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) is an all-terrain power wheelchair for people who know what they want. It handles the street, tackles off-road tracks and moves easily indoors, so one chair covers your whole day. Better still, you can swap the off-road tyres for crossover or hybrid tyres to match your lifestyle.

Safe, confident off-roading
Off-road confidence comes from two features working together: a stability roller and an inclinometer. An inclinometer measures the chair's angle of tilt against a flat surface. The Frontier V4's inclinometer stops the chair driving forward once it reaches an unsafe angle. As a result, it keeps you off any slope steep enough to tip over. You can also choose the stability roller as either a roller or a wheel.

Compact, forward-folding backrest
The Frontier V4's forward-folding backrest lowers the chair's height. So it fits into everyday SUVs, utes, station wagons and even aeroplane cargo holds. You can pair it with either Rehab or Comfort (MPS) seating. Remove the backrest and seat cushion as well, and the folded size drops even further, depending on your configuration. Folded, the chair stands about [confirm: 24.5β€³ / cm] high.

Warranty: limited lifetime warranty on frame, bogie and trailing arms and forks, twelve (12) months warranty on all other components

Lead Time: 8 to 10 weeks.

Service/Maintenance: Astris PME advise that a service/maintenance check takes place twice a year to ensure that the equipment maintains optimal working condition. This is an approximate annual cost of $700.00 (excluding GST). This includes technician callout and one (1) hour of labour per service.
