Warranty

The Magic Mobility XT4 is supported by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty, including:

  • Limited lifetime warranty on the frame, bogie, trailing arms, and forks
  • Twelve (12) months warranty on all other components

Warranty coverage begins from the date of delivery. Terms and conditions apply.

Standards Compliance

The XT4 complies with recognised Australian and international standards, including:

  • AS/NZS 3696 – Powered wheelchairs: Requirements and test methods
  • ISO 7176 – Wheelchair safety, durability, and performance standards

Compliance with these standards ensures the XT4 has been independently tested for safety, stability, and reliability.

Lead Time

Standard lead time is approximately 8 to 10 weeks from order confirmation.

Lead times may vary depending on the selected configuration, seating requirements, and any custom options.

Service and Maintenance

To maintain optimal performance, safety, and reliability, Astris PME recommends servicing the XT4 every six months.

The approximate annual cost is $700.00 (excluding GST), which includes:

  • Technician call-out
  • Two scheduled services per year
  • Up to one (1) hour of labour per service

Regular servicing helps ensure the wheelchair continues to operate safely and effectively over time.

If replacement parts are required, these will be quoted separately and are not included in the standard service cost.
