Pelvic Stabilizer

The pelvic stabilizer is adjustable in width and features back & lateral pads and a support belt. It is recommended for users who have an asymmetrical posture when standing or walking and, therefore, cannot stay centered in the walker.

Nimbo Forearm Platform

Constructed of lightweight aluminum.

Height and depth adjustable.

Handgrips extend forward or back, supinate, pronate and are angle adjustable.

Individually adjustable

Contoured armrest with a flexible edge.

Velcro(R) straps to prevent arms from slipping.

Choice of mounting positions - inside or outside of the handlebar for lateral adjustment. Spacers are included for additional lateral range.

Armrest height (from handlebar to armrest): small (3.5 to 4.5), large (5 to 7.5)

Seat Harness

The Seat Harness moves with user's gait pattern allowing the user to shift weight from one leg to the other. The straps can be lengthened, shortened and positioned towards the front or back on the walker frame. It assists in weight bearing, properly positions user's pelvis and can be used as a safety sling. It features a seat pad that provides cushioned comfort.

The Nimbo line of posterior walkers support the client from behind, requiring them to adopt a more upright posture and help promote trunk extension. Many physical therapists prefer posterior (reverse) walkers for children with cerebral palsy and other neurological, orthopedic and developmental disorders. This Nimbo Posterior Walker with Seat offers the best in rehabilitation and support just like the original but with an optional bonus - a convenient, pre-installed seat that folds down when the user is done standing or walking. The Nimbo's strong, brightly-colored aluminum frame comes in five different sizes, each one height adjustable to provide the perfect support for various user sizes.

The 5 rear wheels features and anti-reverse bracket that can be set up to allow forward movement only or forward and backward movement. Front wheels swivel for easy maneuverability that can also be set as fixed to prevent turning. The handgrips are latex free with flanged ends. The Nimbo also folds and stores easily so you can take it wherever its needed. In addition, you can add some great accessories, listed below, which are available on the without seat version, like Bumper Guards, Dial-a-Speed Tabs, Storage Pouch and Pelvic Stabiliser.
