Warranty: The Ottobock Start Junior M6 is warranted against faults in material and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase by Ottobock Australia Pty Ltd.

  • Batteries and actuators are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty exclusions include:

  • Replacement of parts or consumables such as tyres, castors, and cushions due to normal wear and tear.
  • Defects caused by misuse or abuse, failure to assemble, operate, or maintain the product according to supplied instructions, accidental damage, or any unauthorised product alterations.

**These warranty terms become effective on the date of delivery – conditions apply**
