The Rifton Activity Chair with Hi/Lo Base is a highly adjustable seating solution designed to support functional sitting, positioning, and everyday participation. It comes standard with a footboard, push handles, and double-locking castors, offering practical support for both users and carers.

The adjustable footboard encourages weight-bearing through the legs and feet and can be flipped up or swung out of the way for transfers. It can also be used as a step during transfers, with height and knee angle adjustments available to suit individual needs. Comfortable seat and backrest pads provide cushioned support and are made from polyurethane foam with a cleanable healthcare-grade cover to support hygiene and pressure care.

The chair includes a standard seatbelt and offers a choice of arm supports. Armrests can be adjusted individually in height and angle to assist with upper limb support and trunk control, while optional forearm prompts help support arm placement, head control, and postural stability.

Designed for ease of use, adjustments can be made without tools and while the chair is occupied. Accessories are easy to add or remove, making the chair well suited to both individual long-term use and multi-user environments where needs may change over time.
