The Yamaha iXpress is a high-performing and reliable Power Add-On System that transforms a manual wheelchair into a compact and convenient powered mobility solution.

Whether you're going shopping, heading to the movies, or spending time with family and friends, the Yamaha iXpress helps extend life's everyday pleasures by reducing the effort required to travel longer distances.

Users can choose between an ergonomically designed joystick control or a fully functional attendant control option with glide-to-steer operation. Additionally, the controller can be programmed to suit individual user requirements.

The battery is easy to remove and recharge, with a choice of either Nickel or Lithium battery options. Both offer a maximum range of up to 16 km before requiring recharging.

Service Life & Replacement Parts: The estimated service life is 6 years. However, the service life depends on the usage condition, environment and frequency. The service life means the period in which the product performance shall be maintained with performing the maintenance and inspection by the dealer. Parts that are necessary for repairs will be available for 8 years after the production has ended.

Warranty: 1 year on the mechanical unit, mounting hardware and joystick / controller. 6 month warranty on battery.
