Designed specifically for children and young people aged 2 to 15 years, the JAY Zip Paediatric Backrest provides lightweight, comfortable postural support for young wheelchair users. Developed by JAY and Sunrise Medical, it combines soft foam immersion with practical adjustability to help support positioning, comfort and participation throughout the day.
The lightweight design helps minimise added wheelchair weight, while the contoured foam promotes comfort and pressure distribution. Height and angle adjustments allow the backrest to be tailored to individual needs, supporting a more personalised seating solution. The backrest is also easy to install, remove and transport when required.
